Confirming your order

If you have provided us with all the required information during our secure online check out process, you will see a confirmation page aknowledging that we have received your order. You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail when your order is placed and when your order is shipped.

Determining your order status
To determine the current status of your order, please enter your invoice number and your e-mail address used for the purchase and press "Get Order Status".

Out of stock items

While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will include an out-of-stock notification card with your order. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address).

Tracking your order

If your order is shipped via UPS, you can track the status of your shipment. Note: It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.

Does your order appear late?

When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
• Overnight orders placed after 9:30 AM PST won't be processed until the next day.
• Delivery only occurs on business days -- Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays.
• Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
• There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
