ProductZoo offers one price adjustment if the price of the product is marked down within 14 days of purchase. Adjustments require presentation of the original receipt. To obtain an adjustment of an online purchase, mail the customer copy of the online invoice to:

We can accept photocopied invoices. The envelope must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date noted at the top of the invoice. We will issue an in-house credit for the difference. Sorry, we cannot issue refund checks for price adjustments.

Sales tax policy

ProductZoo must charge sales tax on all merchandise purchased in California UNLESS you have a resale number.

The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes and will be calculated when the order is shipped. Your tax total will include the correct county sales tax addition (if applicable) and be reflected on your invoice.
